Central Presbyterian Church is excited to announce that Rev Dr Juliann Joy is the church's called Pastor and will start on May 1, 2022. She is currently pastoring a Presbyterian congregation in Northeast Ohio where she has ministered for thirteen years. Areas of pastoral interest include preaching that is in conversation with culture and contemporary living, spiritual development and maturity, community relationships and mission.
Jules is married to Rob who is a minister in the Congregational church. Together, they have three children, Nathaniel (27), Shannon (25), and Anna (16). Anna is the last in the “nest:” a high school junior interested in neuroscience, she plays piano, organ and flute. Jules enjoys sharing conversation over a cup of tea or coffee, hiking in state and national parks, and learning something new.

Dear church family,
COVID cases remain low however COVID diagnosis is still present in the Stark County area. The church continues to encourage social distancing while in the church and respect for those who are sitting around you who wish to continue to wear their mask during the services. We encourage frequent hand washing or use of the hand sanitizer. We have made wearing mask optional. If you are feeling sick, please refrain from attending worship in person and encourage you to watch us from home during our live streaming service at 10:30 on Sunday or recorded on Facebook page: Central Presbyterian Church or YouTube channel: Massillon Central Presbyterian Church.
