Central Presbyterian Church - Massillon, Ohio
Adult Sunday School
*New Class Starting*
Beginning Sunday Morning, February 17th at 9:00AM, the adult Sunday School class will be starting a new series,
of Bible Studies based on current events. This should prove to be very enlightening, as each week
we will take a current news item and apply scriptural application to discern how we as
Christians may be able to approach and respond to what is happening in our world today.
We will be using material from www.thewiredword.com.
As a participant, an email will be sent to you each week with the topic for that week.
Then we will gather on Sunday at 9:00AM in the Westminister Room to study and discuss the material.
I encourage you to consider joining us!

VINEYARD
I-19 Vineyard for Lent
We are invited to join Adam Hamilton on a journey of the events that occurred during the last twenty-four hours of Jesus’ life,
see more clearly the theological significance of Christ’s suffering and death, and reflect upon the meaning of these events for our life.
To do this, we will look at the geographical and historical setting of the events of that day;
reflect theologically on Jesus’ death; and, ultimately, look to see ourselves in the story,
considering how we are like Pilate or Peter, Judas or John.
The Vineyard will begin on Tuesday, March 5th at 6:30 to 8:00 and continue each Tuesday until April 16th.
The shared cost will be $6.00. The location will be determined later.
The last Sunday to sign up will be February 17th.
A sign-up sheet will be available on the table in the hall outside the church office.
Please see me, Susan Eitelman, if you have any questions.
Welcome To Our Church!
Welcome! On behalf of the Central Presbyterian Church congregation, I am pleased to welcome you to our website. Some years ago, the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. launched a denominational promotion campaign which encouraged folks to "Stop In and Find Out". This website provides one means of doing so. It is our hope and prayer that the information available here will provide an introduction to Central's ministries, and perhaps stimulate you to join us for our Sunday morning worship celebration. We are a growing church family committed to inclusiveness and diversity, driven by God's grace, and motivated by our love of and devotion to the gospel of Jesus Christ. So please do "stop in and find out" that we are a church reaching up, reaching out, reaching you.
