Meet our Staff

Rev. Megan Benjamin

Rev. Megan Benjamin

Rev. Megan Benjamin is the Pastor of Central Presbyterian Church. She is passionate about helping people encounter God’s love, grow in faith, and discover that there is a place for everyone at Christ’s table.

Megan is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and earned her Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary. She brings a heart for pastoral care, thoughtful preaching, and authentic relationships. She believes the church is called to be a welcoming community where people can ask honest questions, share their stories, and grow together as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Before accepting the call to Central Presbyterian Church, Megan served in worship ministry and completed a clinical chaplaincy residency specializing in mental health care. These experiences deepened her passion for walking alongside people through life’s joys, challenges, and seasons of change with compassion, hope, and grace.

Originally from Southern California, Megan and her family recently made Ohio their home and are grateful to be part of the Massillon community. She enjoys building relationships, sharing meals with others, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time with her family.

Megan‘s favorite part of ministry is creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and reminded that God’s love is wider than we often imagine. Whether you’re a lifelong Christian, returning to church after many years, or simply curious about faith, she hopes you’ll find a warm welcome at Central Presbyterian Church.

She would love the opportunity to meet you and walk alongside you as we seek to follow Christ together.
